AND THE WORD BECAME FLESH
And the Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us, and we saw his glory, the glory as of the Father's only Son, full of grace and truth. (John 1:14).
We are approaching Christmas and I wonder if he truly dwells in me through the love with which I live, through the faith and trust placed in him.
Jesus came into the world to dwell among men and to dwell in us. He came to stay and he does so every time we let him enter into our lives.
On this seventh day, I ask the Holy Spirit to help me prepare to receive him, no longer as a newborn, but as my Savior, as the maker of my whole life.
I become aware of the power that God has in me every time I say yes and I let him be and work in me.
I abandon myself to him on this day, in peace, knowing that he is always close to me.
