THE HOLY SPIRIT REMAINS IN US
The hand of the Lord was with them and a great number who believed turned to the Lord. The news about them reached the ears of the church in Jerusalem, and they sent Barnabas (to go) to Antioch. When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he rejoiced and encouraged them all to remain faithful to the Lord in firmness of heart. (Acts 11: 21-23)
REFLECTION
Just like the first evangelizers were constantly led “by the hand of the Lord”, we too, by the grace we received from Baptism, are led by the hand of the Spirit who remains in us so that we may bear witness to his work in the world.

Do I experience the closeness of the Lord in my life and in my heart?

May the Love of God remain in each one of us through our generous and confident giving.
PRAYER
Our Father, give us the grace that sanctifies us and makes us aware of the abundance of your love, so that we can remain united to you all the days of our lives. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
