Jesus calls us to live in deep union with him through the love we live and give every day. He wants us to be true witnesses of the Mercy at work in the world and in the hearts. That is why he invites us to join him during the nine days of this novena, meditating on the mysteries kept in his Sacred Heart. 

The Heart of Jesus, which is a living source of sanctification and salvation for all men, wants to make us his instruments to reach all our brothers. His call extends to all of us so that, through our loving and confident giving, many may come to know him and love him. 

Then, let us prepare ourselves to receive from him, by consecrating ourselves to his Heart and praying this novena, the gifts and graces that he wants to give us, so that we can serve him in the cause of the salvation of souls for our good, for his Church and for the whole world.
