CONSECRATION
Sacred Heart of Jesus, today I consecrate my little heart to you, so that through the offering of each day and my whole life I may live united to you for the love of God and my brothers. I want to make a permanent offering of my life. May your will be done. Amen.

REFLECTION
Salvation comes to us from God through the redeeming offering of Christ.
It was through his Heart opened by the lance that we drink from his inexhaustible source of richness and grace. He opens his doors for us every day so that we can receive it and be his instruments for the good of all our brothers.
EXAM
Am I aware that I am constantly sustained on my path by the graces I receive through the infinite merits of Jesus crucified?
INTENTION
I invoke the Sacred Heart to receive from him everything I need to persevere in faith and in love lived and offered every day.
PRAYER
Heart of Jesus, that gave yourself for love, without limits; I ask you to grant me a firm and persevering faith so that I can give testimony and example to my brothers of the ineffable love with which I know I am sustained and loved by you. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
