CONSECRATION
Sacred Heart of Jesus, today I consecrate my little heart to you, so that through the offering of each day and my whole life I may live united to you for the love of God and my brothers. I want to make a permanent offering of my life. May your will be done. Amen.
“Let me dwell in Your tent forever; Let me take refuge in the shelter of Your wings.”
(Psalm 61:5).
REFLECTION
Humility is the virtue par excellence that makes us capable of loving more; for this reason, it is the direct path to the Heart of Jesus. Through humility, the whole person gives himself with confidence and without reservations because he knows that it can do everything in him.
EXAM
Do I realize that in order to give myself I have to recognize me as small and needy?
INTENTION
On this sixth day of the novena, I ask the Heart of Jesus to make me aware of my condition as a vulnerable creature, in need and immensely loved by him.
PRAYER
Heart of Jesus, you were meek and humble, you gave yourself to the Father until the last consequences, help me walk the path of little souls who trust and give themselves out of love. Make me taste the sweetness of those who, like you, are truly humble. Through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
